MotorXtra is een kenniscentrum voor motorrijders. In 2000 zijn we opgericht en in de loop der jaren uitgegroeid tot een professioneel kenniscentrum. Je kunt bij MotorXtra terecht voor alles wat met motorrijden te maken heeft. Zo kun je bij ons terecht voor nieuwe motorfietsen, gebruikte motorfietsen, alle mogelijke onderdelen en accessoires. Wij zijn daarbij niet aan een bepaald merk gebonden. Bovendien bezitten we een professionele Dynojet vermogensbank, organiseren we circuitevenementen, doen we aan professioneel schadeherstel- maar ook regulier onderhoud-, en geven we allerlei soorten cursussen. Denk hierbij aan een cursus Vering en Demping, Sleutelen, maar ook bijvoorbeeld een C-licentie cursus (voorheen TOMS) of de California Superbike School circuitdagen. MotorXtra is onderscheidend, onder andere door onze werkwijze. Zo hebben wij bijvoorbeeld geen statische showroom waarvan de kosten de prijzen hoog houden. Daarnaast hebben wij geen afgesloten werkruimten, bij ons kun je gewoon meekijken hoe we aan jouw motor werken. Je mag het werk natuurlijk ook zelf doen, in dat geval geven we je begeleiding wanneer je wilt: alle benodigdheden waarmee wij zelf ook het werk doen staan tot jou beschikking. De hoogte van de rekening ligt dan in jouw handen. MotorXtra beschikt over zeer professionele apparatuur en is uniek in de bundeling van alles wat met motorrijden te maken heeft. Established in 2000, MotorXtra is a knowledge centre for serious motorcyclists. Over the years we have grown into one of the Netherlands’ foremost technical service and rider skills centres. MotorXtra is your one-stop solution to any motorcycling issue. We sell and service new and used motorcycles of any brand or type, and we can source any parts or accessories you should require. In addition, we are a fully equipped performance workshop. Our technical staff is made up of seasoned motorcycle racers who know what works and what doesn’t. From optimizing your engine’s torque and horsepower on our Dynojet dynamometer to dialling-in custom shock and spring installations, we can help you get the most from your machine – be it a cutting-edge racer or a long-distance tourer. A unique MotorXtra feature is our workshop policy. First, we offer a traditional service whereby our professional technicians carry out the work on your bike. As an alternative, we offer you the possibility to carry out the repairs yourself – in our shop, using our top of the line Snap-On tooling and equipment. Whichever formula you prefer, our technicians are always ready to offer advice and analysis. We can even split up a job to keep your costs down. For instance, on a full service, you could carry out routine items, while our technicians would step in to carry out more challenging elements of the job. It goes without saying that along with our racing experience, we are experts in crash repair. With our state of the art paint booth and the latest in plastic welding and fibreglass tooling, MotorXtra can handle all types of damage repair – from a little scratch to major damage. We can also help you in dealing with your insurance company if needed.But to help you avoid the need for crash repair, MotorXtra offers a variety of rider training services. Whether your riding interests are focused on street riding, off-road or even the racetrack, MotorXtra has a course to help you safely hone your skills to their peak and keep them there. MotorXtra is Netherlands’ sole provider of the “C-license” course required for accreditation in the Dutch MAC, ZAC, DNRT, and KNMV road racing series. MotorXtra is also the organizer of the Dutch editions of the world-famous California Superbike School. Aside from rider training, MotorXtra offers courses in the theory and practice of motorcycle maintenance and set-up.
